We share a small but attractive gallery space with the other groups operating at the Centre. Our normal practice is to allow members free month-long exhibitions.
Because several art groups work at the Centre, we operate on a time-share basis. Some facilities - the computer, for example - are available at any time (subject to a booking system) while the general studio is available for paper making on three days each week plus alternate weekends. Work in progress is stored on site.
These complexities aside, Primrose Park Art & Craft Centre offers a highly productive studio environment for anyone interested in the paper-based arts.

Studio
Like nearly every branch of the arts, papermaking requires some specialised equipment if high quality results are to be achieved consistently.
Over 15 or more years of operation, Primrose Paper Arts has acquired a wide range of equipment to ensure that the highest standards can be achieved. Apart from the basics - pulp cooking and blending facilities, vats, moulds and deckles in various sizes, etc. we have a Hollander beater, a large hydraulic press, an etching press, large drying frames, a large lightbox, etc. - the list seems endless.
Primrose Park members (Primrose Paper Arts members included) have access to matting and framing equipment for their work. As well, we can use a scanner and A3 inkjet printer to (for example) incorporate digital images in our work.
