Should you accept a position on our management committee some information may be published in our newsletter, on this website or in emails, so that members can contact you. This is the only situation in which any of your contact information will be made public.

Passwords

We recommend that members change their password from time to time, using the wizard provided in the members' area of the website, to help keep their contact information confidential.

Forgotten passwords will be cancelled and new ones will be issued. They can then be modified as the member wishes.

Privacy Policy

Primrose Park Photography, part of Primrose Park Art & Craft Centre (Inc.) keeps information about our members in a database on this website. The information we keep is limited to address and contact details and a few administrative items - the expiry date of your membership, for example.

We are obliged to keep members' address details by the Department of Fair Trading and of course there are practical reasons - we couldn't run PPP without knowing a few details about our members. The details we keep about you are available only to those office holders who need to have them to do their jobs properly in PPP.

You may choose to give your address to your friends in PPP, but the committee will keep your information confidential. We will not pass information about you to anyone.
